KMH provides patients with secure online access to their imaging records through PocketHealth. Patients can view and share their KMH Nuclear Medicine and MRI imaging history once enrolled.

How to access and share your records with PocketHealth:

1. Enroll online at pocket.health/KMH or complete the forms given by our KMH reception team at the time of your appointment.
2. Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link.
3. Instantly download or share your records with your circle of care. PocketHealth has free and paid membership plans available.
4. Receiving physicians can then easily view or import these images in full diagnostic quality with no software or account set-up needed.
